Who runs this
Lodges & Resorts is an independent international editorial team building an honest review guide to the world’s premium lodges and resorts. Region by region, country by country, brand by brand. We are not a chain-marketing outlet, not a points-and-miles blog, not an aspirational Instagram feed.
How we work with properties
The editorial team stays at 4 to 8 properties per year at our own expense (year 2 onwards). We use press library imagery where properties provide it, credited on the page. We accept no free stays in exchange for coverage. We take no sponsorship. Rankings are not for sale.
Why we run affiliate
We earn commission when you book through Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, or chain-direct partnerships (Awin, CJ, Impact) via widgets on this site. The commission is a percentage of your booking, paid by the OTA or chain, at no cost to you. It funds the editorial. Ranking is independent of commission.
